A reusable data table“Save to Tables”Data dashboards → “All data tables”; use “View Table” afterward
Content for Excel or Word“Copy table”Clipboard; paste directly into Excel or Word
Content for PowerPoint or Word“Copy as image” or “Copy as SVG”Clipboard; paste directly into PowerPoint or Word

Steps

Select a result

The results area has “Table” and “Chart” tabs. The table shows its current row and column counts above it.

Adjust the result first

Tables support filtering, sorting, and row search; charts offer “Edit chart”. Make adjustments before saving to avoid retaining an unwanted version.

Save or download

Click “Download CSV” to get a file, or “Save to Tables” to save a data table. After saving, a “View Table” entry appears in the original conversation.

View and manage saved tables

Open “Data dashboards” from the main navigation on the left, then “All data tables”. The list shows SQL, row counts, and creation times, with “View details” and “Delete” actions.

When there are no entries, the empty page explains that data artifacts will appear here after querying data.

Share

Click “Share conversation” and enable the public link switch. Anyone with the link can view the conversation.

The sharing panel offers “Copy share link” and “QR code”; scan the QR code to open it.

Key constraints

ItemValueWhere to change it
Download formatCSV only—
Chart copy formatsImage or SVG—
Public link permissionsRead-only; anyone with the link can view“Share conversation” → enable the public link switch
Saved table updatesA saved table is a snapshot of query results; it does not change automatically with the source dataReturn to the conversation, rerun, and save again when updates are needed
Deletion effectsDeleting a table breaks dashboard components that reference itCheck dashboard references before “All data tables” → “Delete”

Troubleshooting

SymptomHow to identify itWhat to do
Saved result is missing from dashboards“All data tables” is emptyConfirm that you actually saved it; “Download CSV” alone does not create a data table
Dashboard component shows no dataComponent status says no data is availableIts referenced table was deleted; save another table and update the component
Share link does not openThe page says the conversation does not exist or sharing is disabledReturn to “Share conversation” and check that the public link is still enabled
Copied chart pastes as blankNo image is in the clipboardTry “Copy as SVG”, or download CSV and create the chart yourself
Table numbers differ from earlierThe two results have different row countsSource data changed in the meantime; the saved table is a snapshot from that moment
