1. Introduction
Welcome to AskTable!
The AskTable software and related services (the “Platform”) are services provided to you by 杭州记忆未来人工智能有限公司 (Hangzhou Memory Future Artificial Intelligence Co., Ltd.) and/or its affiliates (“杭州记忆未来人工智能有限公司,” “we,” or “us”) through web pages, applications (which may include different versions), software development kits (SDKs) and application programming interfaces (APIs) for use by third-party websites and applications, and innovative forms that emerge as technology develops. You may use the services provided by AskTable to create applications and software related to AI data assistants (Bots) or data (DataSources).
This User Agreement is an agreement between you and us concerning your registration, sign-in, and use (collectively, “use”) of the Service (this “Agreement”). It sets out the terms and conditions for your access to and use of the Platform and our related websites, applications, products, models, services, software, tools, setup technologies, content, and documentation (collectively, the “Service”).
To help us provide you with better services, please carefully read and fully understand this Agreement before you start using the Service, particularly provisions that exempt or limit liability, grant rights, or concern applicable law and dispute resolution. Important provisions, including those exempting or limiting liability, are highlighted in bold for your attention and should be read carefully.
If you disagree with this Agreement, we will be unable to provide you with the complete Service. You may also choose to stop using it. If you voluntarily agree to or use the Service, you are deemed to have fully understood this Agreement and agreed, as a party to it, to be bound by this Agreement and other related agreements and rules, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, whose terms can be found directly on the Platform. We may also publish operating rules, policies, guidelines, and procedures from time to time, all of which form part of this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement or the other related agreements and rules, you must not access or use the Service.
If you have any questions, comments, or suggestions about this Agreement, you may contact us through the Service's feedback and complaints channels.
To improve the experience and services or ensure security, we will update or change some or all of the Service from time to time, including but not limited to software/service modifications, upgrades, replacements, feature enhancements, and development of new services. Where feasible, we will notify you in an appropriate manner.
You may stop using the Service at any time, although we would be sorry to see you go. We may also stop providing the Service to you at any time or add or impose new restrictions on the Service at any time.
You understand and agree that you must prepare the necessary terminal equipment, such as a computer or mobile phone, yourself to use the Service. Accessing the Service on your terminal equipment constitutes use of the Service. To use all of the Service's features, you may need to connect your terminal equipment to the internet, and you understand that you bear the necessary costs, such as data traffic and internet access fees.
2. Acceptance of this Agreement
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have the capacity to enter into a legally binding contract with 杭州记忆未来人工智能有限公司 and that you agree to and will comply with this Agreement.
If you voluntarily agree to this Agreement or use the Service on behalf of an enterprise or another entity, (1) “you” includes both you and that enterprise or entity; (2) you represent and warrant that you are an authorized representative of that enterprise or entity, have authority to bind it to these terms, and agree to these terms on its behalf; and (3) your enterprise or entity bears legal and financial responsibility for your voluntary agreement to this Agreement or use of the Service and for access to or use of your account by other people associated with your entity, including but not limited to employees, agents, or contractors. You may accept this Agreement by voluntarily agreeing to it or using the Service. You understand and agree that, from that point onward, we will treat your access to or use of the Service as acceptance of this Agreement.
3. Changes to this Agreement
We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at our sole discretion at any time to provide you with better services or to respond to changes in national laws and regulations, policies, technical conditions, product features, or other circumstances. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes to this Agreement, for example through Platform notices. You must nevertheless review these terms regularly to learn about such changes. We will also update the “Last Updated” date at the top of the terms to reflect their effective date. Your continued access to or use of the Service after the effective date of the new terms constitutes your acceptance of them. If you disagree with the new terms, you must stop accessing or using the Service. You may consult the relevant pages of the Service to find the latest version.
4. Your Account
4.1 A 大头与你 (Datou and You) account (the “Unified Account Service”) is the credential you create under the user agreements for related-version products operated by 大头与你, including AskTable, that enables you to sign in to and use those products and services as a registered user.
The Unified Account Service is the unified account service that we (杭州记忆未来人工智能有限公司) use to provide services through multiple related-version products with closely connected functions. Such related versions include AskTable. To ensure a consistent service experience and interoperability between related versions, these versions use the 大头与你 Unified Account Service and jointly collect and process your account information, such as your nickname and ID. The account you register and use to sign in to AskTable also becomes a common identifier for the Unified Account Service, allowing you to sign in to and use related-version products and access related services together.
4.2 The Service provides a registration channel. You may register a 大头与你 account using a mobile phone number or other methods we permit. You may also use the third-party account authorization sign-in feature we provide to register and sign in to a 大头与你 account through a third-party platform account you lawfully hold, unless that platform restricts or prohibits this. You must ensure that the third-party platform account you use has completed real-identity verification and complies with applicable laws and regulations. After registration, you may set a secure sign-in password. Your account, password, and verification codes you receive are credentials for signing in to and using the software and related services as the registered user.
You may use AskTable without signing in or registering an account, but you will not be able to experience all of its features.
4.3 If you no longer wish to use the Service, you may request cancellation of your account. We will help you cancel it after completing reasonable and necessary verification of your identity, security status, device information, infringement complaints, and other matters, and will delete all information concerning your account as you request, except where laws and regulations provide otherwise. To cancel your account, contact us by email at 【hi@datamini.ai】. We will provide further assistance and guide you through the process, or you may cancel your account on the Platform's settings page. Once you choose to cancel your account, you cannot reactivate it or recover any content or information associated with it.
Please ensure that the unified account you request to cancel was created by you under the User Agreement and provided by us to you personally. You must cancel that account according to our procedures or the instructions on the website.
4.4 You understand and undertake that the account you establish must not violate national laws and regulations or our related rules. Your account name, avatar, profile, other registration information, and other personal information must not contain unlawful or harmful information. You must not open an account in another person's name without permission, including by misappropriating another person's name, trade name, avatar, or other means likely to cause confusion, or register accounts maliciously, including through frequent or bulk registrations. The Company may review information you submit. During account registration and use, you must comply with applicable laws and regulations and must not harm national interests, the lawful rights and interests of other citizens, or public morals.
4.5 Your registered account is for your personal use only. Without the Company's written consent, you must not give away, lend, rent out, transfer, sell, or otherwise permit others to use it. If we discover or reasonably believe that the user is not the original registrant, we may immediately suspend or terminate services to the registrant and permanently disable the account to protect account security.
4.6 You are responsible for keeping your account, password, and verification codes secure and confidential and bear full legal responsibility for activities performed under your registered account, including but not limited to data modifications, statements, payments, or other actions on the Service. You must take the confidentiality of your account, password, and verification codes seriously and never disclose them to others. If you discover unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach, you must notify us immediately.
4.7 If you lose your account, forget your password, or disclose a verification code, you may promptly appeal to us to request recovery. You understand and acknowledge that the Company's password recovery mechanism only checks whether the information in the appeal matches system records and cannot determine whether the appellant is the person actually entitled to use the account. The Company specifically reminds you to safeguard your account, password, and verification codes and to sign out safely when you finish using the Service. You bear the corresponding responsibility for account theft, loss of a password, or disclosure of a verification code caused by your own improper safekeeping or other force majeure factors.
4.8 When registering, using, and managing your account, you must ensure the authenticity of the identity information provided at registration. Use authentic, accurate, lawful, and valid identity documents and necessary information, including your name, email address, contact telephone number, and contact address, when registering and managing your account. Under relevant national laws and regulations, certain Service features require true identity information. Complete real-name authentication as legally required and update that information promptly. If the documents or information you submit are inaccurate, untrue, nonstandard, or reasonably suspected by the Company to be incorrect, untrue, or unlawful, the Company may refuse to provide the relevant features, and you may be unable to use the software and related services or may face restrictions on some features.
4.9 After registering and signing in to your account and completing reasonable and necessary identity verification, you may view and modify the personal identity information you have submitted at any time. You understand and agree that, for security and identity verification purposes, such as account or password recovery appeals, you may be unable to modify the initial registration information or other verification information you provided.
4.10 You understand and agree that, to make full use of account resources, we may reclaim your account if, for example, you fail to sign in and use it for the first time promptly after registration or do not sign in and use it for more than six consecutive months. If your account is reclaimed, you may be unable to sign in to and use the Service through it, and any personalized settings and usage records saved in it cannot be recovered. Before reclaiming your account, the Company will notify you appropriately. If you still do not sign in to and use the account within six months after receiving that notice, the Company will reclaim it.
If your account is reclaimed, you may register a new account to sign in to and use the Service. Your registration, sign-in, and use of a new account remain subject to this Agreement.
4.11 If we believe you have failed to comply with any provision of this Agreement, may damage the Service, infringe any third party's rights, or violate any applicable law or regulation, we reserve the right at any time to disable your account, delete AI data assistants (Bots) you create, and/or prevent their distribution or publication on third-party platforms. To maintain a healthy platform ecosystem, we may coordinate management measures across related-version products. For example, penalties imposed on you in AskTable for violating laws, regulations, or this Agreement may affect your use of related versions and services, and vice versa.
5. Your Use of the Service
5.1 The Service relies on generative artificial intelligence models and may also rely on other models and services to provide AI-generated technology services and other technical services.
Artificial intelligence and machine learning are dynamic and continuously evolving. You agree that you recognize the inherent limitations of AI-generated output. We strive to continually improve the Service's accuracy, reliability, security, and overall value. However, because of the inherently probabilistic nature of machine learning algorithms, the Service may occasionally generate inaccurate information.
By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
(1) If you use AI model output in situations that may significantly affect you or your end users, including but not limited to medical care, finance, investment, insurance, credit, education, employment, housing, legal matters, medical decisions, or other significant decisions, you are advised to consult relevant professionals.
(2) You are responsible for assessing the accuracy and suitability of AI model output for your specific needs, including conducting human review where appropriate before applying or disseminating Service output.
(3) AI model output must not serve as the basis for further action or inaction by you or your end users. You bear all consequences and responsibility for judgments you make based on output and any subsequent related actions, including risks arising from reliance on its truthfulness, accuracy, reliability, noninfringement, or fitness for a particular purpose. You should understand generative AI technology scientifically and rationally and use it lawfully.
(4) The Service may occasionally generate incomplete, incorrect, or potentially offensive output. This should not be interpreted as reflecting our views or position. References to third-party products or services in output do not imply our endorsement or affiliation.

You are fully responsible for your use of the Service and any actions involving AI data assistants (Bots), and bear the legal obligation to notify and obtain consent from End Users. Before collecting or using any End User information, you must provide clear notice and obtain necessary consent. Your notice and consent must meet legal and regulatory requirements. You must have a privacy policy or separate consent notice and clearly display it to all End Users, accurately describing the data and information you collect, how you use them, and how you share them with AskTable and/or third parties, in compliance with laws and regulations.

You must indemnify and defend 杭州记忆未来人工智能有限公司 and its affiliates against any claims arising from (1) your development, deployment, or use of plugins, and (2) any End User's use of or actions involving Your AI Data Assistants (Bots). You must defend and indemnify 杭州记忆未来人工智能有限公司, our affiliates, and our personnel.

11. Third-Party Services
The Service may include third-party services, including but not limited to third-party plugins and APIs. You acknowledge and agree that those services are provided to you by their respective providers. You must comply with agreements and other terms and conditions published or provided by those third parties, such as user agreements, usage policies, and content policies. You confirm and agree that disputes between you and any third party arising from use of the Service are direct disputes between you and that third party. You unconditionally waive, against 杭州记忆未来人工智能有限公司, rights to claims, demands, fines, compensation, and damages, actual or consequential, concerning any and all such disputes, regardless of their nature or type, whether known or unknown, and regardless of their connection to those disputes.
You acknowledge and agree that your use of third-party plugins and APIs is subject to those third parties' agreements. Your End User data will be processed under those agreements rather than AskTable's data processing agreement. If a third-party agreement conflicts with AskTable's data processing agreement, the third-party agreement takes precedence.
You acknowledge and agree that your use of third-party plugins and APIs is subject to those third-party agreements. For example, some third-party services may refuse to generate output if your input is unlawful or contains inappropriate content.
