Data Types
In AskTable, the main types of data we process and store include:

 | Enterprise Data | Confidential internal enterprise data stored in the enterprise's local database. |
Data Storage Locations
In AskTable, there are two options for data storage locations:

Cloud:
- Data is stored on our cloud platform. Cloud storage makes data easy to access, manage, and back up, while also providing efficient computing power and scalability.
- We use top-tier global cloud computing providers to ensure the security and reliability of the data.

Local:
- Refers to data stored on the customer's local server or private cloud. Data processing and storage remain within the customer-controlled environment, ensuring maximum privacy protection and data security.
Data Privacy Protection Measures
Depending on the four deployment modes, AskTable provides different levels of data privacy protection measures. Below is a detailed explanation for each mode:
1. SaaS
- The company's private data is still stored locally and not uploaded to the cloud. However, chat records, metadata, and agent chain-of-thought logs are stored on cloud servers, with the AI large model only performing inference without saving data.
- Privacy Protection Measures:
- Data Encryption: All transmitted and stored data are encrypted to ensure data security.
- Strict Access Control: Through authentication and authorization mechanisms, it ensures that only authorized personnel can access sensitive data.
2. Standalone Free Trial Version
- Private enterprise data, chat records, metadata, etc., are stored and processed locally. However, agent chain-of-thought logs generated during the execution of AskTable are stored in the cloud for continuous product improvement. It also uses cloud-based AI models for inference (without saving data).
3. Private Deployment Enterprise Edition A: Online Model
- Ensures all data (including enterprise data, chat records, metadata, agent chain-of-thought logs, etc.) is completely stored and processed locally, and only calls the cloud-based AI model for inference (without saving data). AskTable supports data anonymization and encryption inference technology, ensuring that sensitive data (such as names, phone numbers, ID numbers, etc.) is anonymized and encrypted before being transmitted to the large model (cloud computing power), thereby eliminating the risk of data leakage from the source and ensuring data security.
4. Private Deployment Enterprise Edition B: On-Premise Model
- Provides the strongest data privacy protection, with all data completely stored, processed, and inferred locally, suitable for enterprises with extremely high requirements for data security.
