AI Response Abnormal Feedback Guide

If you encounter any issues while using AskTable, please follow the steps below to report the problem to AskTable staff. We will investigate and resolve the issue as soon as possible:


Obtain Trace ID

Trace ID is important information for locating the problem. Please copy the corresponding Trace ID first.

  • Chat Scenario

In the chat interface, click the "Copy Trace ID" button at the end of the corresponding response to copy it.

  • Single Round Quick Data Lookup, Generate SQL Scenario

Open "Quick Lookup" - "Logs" - "Response Logs" or "SQL Logs", find the corresponding problem record, click to enter, and then find and copy the Trace ID on the detailed information page.

Submit Feedback

Send the copied Trace ID to AskTable staff, and provide the following information as much as possible, so we can locate the problem faster:

  • Problem Description: Briefly describe the problem, such as "wrong answer," "SQL execution failed," "too slow," etc.
  • Operation Scenario: Explain whether the problem occurred during chatting, quick lookup, or SQL query.
  • Screenshot (optional): If convenient, attach relevant screenshots to help us understand the problem faster.

Wait for Reply

After submitting the feedback, the AskTable team will investigate the problem as soon as possible and inform you of the solution through the contact method you provided (e.g., WeChat group).

✅ Tip: Please make sure to provide the Trace ID; otherwise, we cannot accurately locate the corresponding operation record.
