Network Environment Requirements​

  • If there is access to the Internet:

    Ensure that the AskTable server allows access to the following addresses
    • registry.cn-shanghai.aliyuncs.com (download images)
    • dockerauth.cn-hangzhou.aliyuncs.com (download images)
    • aiproxy.asktable.com (access AI model service)
    • lf.asktable.com (access AI Tracing service)
    • atm.asktable.com (access log collection and diagnostics service)

  • If there is no Internet access:

    Limitations
    • For initial installation, manually download and transfer Docker images to the server
    • Cannot enjoy free software version updates of AskTable
    • Cannot use AskTable-hosted large models, need to connect to local large model services
    • Cannot automatically send service logs, need to manually send logs for troubleshooting
    • Additional costs will be required due to higher manual service costs

  • Client access to AskTable service:

    • Ensure that the end-user's browser can access the AskTable AI application interface
    • Please open the following ports (can be customized):
      • Port 8000: Access port for AskTable AI application
      • Port 3000: Access port for AskTable AI observation service
