AskTable Sales Agent Cooperation Policy

I. Overview of Cooperation
AskTable is an intelligent data query and analysis tool designed to enhance enterprises' data insight capabilities. We are now seeking partners to promote and implement the AskTable solution in the market. Depending on different enterprise needs, we offer three product models: SaaS version, Enterprise Edition A (cloud computing power), and Enterprise Edition B (local computing power). We have also established flexible cooperation methods.
II. Types and Requirements for Partners
Based on different product models, AskTable sets the following types of partners:

III. Cooperation Models and Business Policies
1. Cooperation Model for SaaS and Enterprise Edition A (Cloud Computing Power)
- Cooperation Model: Recruitment of only sales agent partners.
- Agent Benefits:
- Sales Agent Benefits: Agents sell products at the standard prices listed on the official website, and AskTable pays 30% of the transaction amount as agent benefits to the partner.
- Contract Signing: AskTable directly signs contracts with end customers and handles after-sales service.
- Payment and Settlement: After receiving payment from customers, AskTable settles agent benefits within three working days.
2. Cooperation Model for Enterprise Edition B (Local Computing Power)
- Cooperation Model: Recruitment of partners who possess both sales and technical capabilities (sales agent + technical services).
- Agent Benefits:
- Agent Discount: Partners can purchase AskTable Enterprise Edition B at the minimum 60% agreement price and quote and sell to customers independently.
- Contract Signing: Partners can choose one of the following two ways to sign contracts:
- Joint Signature Model: AskTable directly signs contracts with end customers, and agents receive sales and service benefits.
- Direct Sales Model: Partners sign contracts with end customers and collect payments themselves; AskTable provides products to partners at the agreed agent price.
- Implementation and Delivery: Partners are responsible for the technical implementation, operation, and subsequent services for Enterprise Edition B.
IV. Access Requirements for Partners
- To ensure that partners have sufficient market promotion and implementation capabilities, partners need to purchase an entry-level Enterprise Edition A at a 70% discount (9000 yuan/year * 0.7 = 6300 yuan) to familiarize themselves with the product and acquire basic implementation skills.
- Within six months, the software license for this Enterprise Edition A can be resold to other clients at any price, ensuring the flexibility and recoverability of the partner's investment.
V. Support for Partners
AskTable also takes the following responsibilities and obligations to ensure that partners can smoothly promote and implement the product:

Unlimited Technical Training: AskTable will provide unlimited technical training to partners to ensure they fully understand the product functions and implementation methods, and have the ability to sell and provide services independently.

Strict Confidentiality of Commercial Information: AskTable promises to strictly keep confidential all commercial information of partners (including but not limited to customer lists, sales data, etc.), and will not use it for purposes other than cooperation.

- Qualification Review: AskTable evaluates the industry experience, customer resources, and technical capabilities of the partners.
- Sign Cooperation Agreement: Both parties confirm cooperation model, agent discounts, revenue ratios, and other business details.
- Training Empowerment: AskTable provides product training, sales materials, and technical support.
- Market Promotion: Partners carry out market promotion and customer expansion to obtain opportunities.
- Sales and Delivery: Complete sales according to the cooperation model; Enterprise Edition B agents are responsible for implementation.
- Revenue Settlement: Settle agent benefits or agent procurement prices according to the cooperation agreement.
