A self-hosted AskTable deployment runs in trial mode by default. To remove the limits and run in production, you need an enterprise license.

Trial limits

Without an activated license, a self-hosted deployment is limited to:
  • Up to 3 users
  • Canvas analysis unavailable
An enterprise license lifts these limits.

Obtain and activate

Buy a license

Purchase it in the AskTable cloud console or contact us to get an activation code.

Activate

Sign in to the self-hosted deployment as a system administrator. Open Profile from the lower-left profile card, then select Organization settings in the Organization section and enter the activation code in Enterprise edition. Regular users cannot activate or update a license.
With a license, you can use the Advanced configuration (subpath deployment, white-labeling, and so on).
