This page applies to **AskTable Cloud**. Plans and credits apply to organizations, not individual subscriptions. Private deployments use [Enterprise licenses](https://docs.asktable.com/en/admin/license) and do not provide the Cloud organization usage features on this page.

## View the current plan

Go to **Profile → Organization → Organization settings** to view the current Free or Team plan, expiration date, resource limits such as members and projects, periodic credits, and purchased balance.

Current organization pages or confirmed contracts determine specific prices, quotas, and purchasable plans. An organization may have separately agreed capacity; do not apply another organization's limits directly.

Owners, Admins, and Billing Admins can view plans and usage. Owners and Billing Admins can purchase, redeem, upgrade, and renew; Admins can only view. To change a contract or customize member capacity, contact the service team through the plan page.

## How credits are used

An organization has two balance pools: periodic credits and purchased credits:

1. Credits from the current period are consumed first; unused credits do not carry over to the next period.
2. When periodic credits are insufficient, available purchased credits are used.

Team organizations can buy additional credits. After downgrading to Free, the purchased balance is retained but frozen; upgrading to Team again restores its use. Insufficient balance blocks only operations that consume credits; you can still manage members, view usage, and renew.

## Upgrades, renewals, and expiration

- Upgrading Free to Team starts a new period and allocates periodic credits according to the target plan; unused Free-period credits do not carry over.
- Renewing an active Team plan only extends the expiration date and does not reset the current period's balance.
- When Team expires, it downgrades to Free and starts a new period under the Free plan.

If member or project counts exceed the new limits after a downgrade, the organization becomes read-only. You can still renew, disable members, or delete projects; read-only mode is lifted once counts are within the limits. Exceeding the Workbook limit only blocks creating more Workbooks and does not lock the entire organization.

## Control consumption by project

Owners and Admins can set a monthly credit quota in **Organization → Project management → Edit project**. Leaving it blank shares the organization balance. When a project reaches its quota, only that project stops consuming credits; other projects can still use the organization balance.

## View usage

In **Organization → Usage**, view the current period overview and compare consumption by project or user:

- Select the last 24 UTC hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
- Switch between charts and details, which use the same aggregated data;
- Users include organization members, API Keys, system tasks, and pre-migration billing attribution where the actual operator cannot be identified.

The usage page does not provide cross-project API Key management. To create, view, or disable an API Key, go to the corresponding project's settings page.
