Our Partner Tier System​

We categorize partners into three types based on the depth of their involvement in customer engagement.

Tier 1 — Information Partners​

These partners primarily help us discover and refer potential customers. If you identify customers who may need data analysis, business query, or report automation, simply refer the opportunity to us. We handle customer communication, solution evaluation, deal negotiation, and project delivery.

Best for: Industry resellers, channel distributors, independent consultants

Tier 2 — Solution Partners​

Beyond referring customers, these partners engage in early-stage communication to understand customer pain points and position AskTable as part of their solution offerings. You manage customer relationships and business scenario discussions; we provide product capabilities, technical support, and delivery coordination — together driving project success.

Best for: Industry solution providers, system integrators, consulting firms

Tier 3 — Service Partners​

These partners have full customer service capabilities and can independently manage customer development, solution design, project execution, and delivery around AskTable. AskTable primarily provides products, training, technical support, and partnership policies. You can build AskTable into your own solution portfolio or service system for long-term business.

Best for: Full-service agents, ISVs with complete implementation capabilities
